This is my first attempt at a custom action figure, and I decided to go big and do myself as a Cobra agent.

Captain Carstein combines a few things about myself into one guy. First
are the love of Joes and the childhood fun of being a Cobra agent.

Second, the fact that I was real world Military Intelligence Captain in
the U.S. Army, and my interest in military history (Frederick the Great
for example) and uniforms.

Third, “Von Carstein” is the family name of the vampire bloodline I
play in a miniature tabletop wargame called Warhammer Fantasy Battles
by Games Workshop.

“Captain Carstein” is a nickname my good friend and gaming buddy Eric
gave me while I was still in the service. So yeah, my HissTank handle
is kind of an inside joke.
